OUR PEOPLE
Our team brings decades of combined field experience, specialized certifications, and structural expertise to every job site.
No job or task is more important than worker health and safety. Management is fully committed to providing a safe work environment, enforcing safety protocols, and complying with all relevant local and national labor regulations. Shortcuts will not be tolerated, and all employees are empowered to halt unsafe work immediately.
Management & Project Managers: Responsible for providing necessary resources, conducting regular site audits, enforcing safety rules, and ensuring all workers receive required safety training.
Site Supervisors: Responsible for daily safety briefings (toolbox talks), inspecting tools and equipment, ensuring the site is clutter-free, and enforcing PPE compliance.
Workers: Responsible for following all safety rules, correctly using PPE, using the right tools for the job, and reporting any hazards or near-misses immediately.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All workers and visitors must wear approved hard hats, high-visibility vests, safety boots, and, where applicable, eye, ear, and respiratory protection.
Fall Protection: Falls are a leading hazard in construction. Proper scaffolding, guardrails, and personal fall arrest systems (harnesses) must be used and inspected when working at heights.
Equipment & Machinery Safety: All machinery must be inspected regularly, properly maintained, and operated only by trained, authorized personnel. Defective equipment must be tagged out and reported immediately.
Site Organization: Keep the site clean of debris, protruding nails, and trip hazards. Tools must be properly stored when not in use.
Emergency Response: An emergency response plan outlining escape routes, first-aid stations, and hazard-specific actions (e.g., fires, chemical spills) must be clearly communicated to all personnel.
Hazard Reporting: Employees must report unsafe conditions or near misses immediately to prevent accidents.
Disciplinary Actions: Safety violations compromise the whole team. A "three-strike" or zero-tolerance system should be implemented for repeat PPE violations or bypassing safety controls.
